Hello Everyone

My flight lands at Tashkent airport at 2:30 AM. My hotel offers to pick me up at 15USD. My question is:

1. Are there taxis readily available at Tashkent airport? Are they safe & dependable or a rip off for the tourist? I really would not like to be taken for a ride throughout the Tashkent city at the mid of night?

2. Does Yandex work in Tashkent? What is the most popular cab hailing app?

3. Is 15 USD too much the hotel is asking?
