In connection with the resolution of the Special Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 10, 2021 No. 7/223, it is decided:
 
According to the decision:
 - from August 10, all citizens arriving in Uzbekistan from Pakistan and India are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine in a special hotel;
(Violation of quarantine rules is punishable by a fine or compulsory community service.);

- all citizens arriving to Uzbekistan from Pakistan and India must notify the inviting party 10 days before arrival (a special quarantine hotel, special transport must be reserved for earlier);
- foreign citizens from Pakistan and India are previously required to buy a 14-day quarantine tour package from the inviting party. Otherwise, a visa to Uzbekistan will not be issued or a foreign citizen will be deported from the country.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by the person who submitted the booking form. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

• 30 days or more prior to departure – 0% of tour cost (except for factual expenses already incurred – e.g., issued e-visas or invitation letters, bank transfer fees, cancellation fees for issued airline and train tickets)
• 15-29 days before departure – 5% of tour cost (additional charges for factual expenses already incurred – e.g., issued e-visas or invitation letters, bank transfer fees, cancellation fees for issued airline and train tickets)
• 1-14 days before departure – 10% of tour cost (additional charges for factual expenses already incurred – e.g., issued e-visas or invitation letters, bank transfer fees, cancellation fees for issued airline and train tickets)

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused services to be provided will be given.
