Day 1: ... - Tashkent (Sightseeing tour duration: 6-7 hours)

Arrive in Tashkent. GLOBAL CONNECT driver will meet you at the Tashkent International Airport. (If you are arriving by an early morning flight, extra night at the hotel may be needed).
Start sightseeing from the Old City part of Tashkent. Visit Khast Imam - a cultic architectural complex and the religious center of Tashkent where the world famous Uthman Quran has been preserved. Khast Imam complex consists of Barak-Khan Madrasah, Tillya Sheikh Mosque, Muyi Muborak Madrasah, Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, New Khazrati Imam Mosque and the Muftiate building. Drive to Chorsu Bazaar. After exploring the bazaar drive to the Central Asian Plov Center. Plov is cooked in a giant, wood-fired kazans. Enjoy your plov!
Visit the State Museum of Applied Art to see priceless samples of applied art created by golden hands of masters from the first half of XIX century up to the present time. Have a short Tashkent metro ride from "Kosmonavtlar" station to "Mustakallik Maydoni" station. Visit Independence Square, Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre, Amir Temur Square and Monument of Courage. Drop off at the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Tashkent - Samarkand (Sightseeing tour duration: 5-6 hours)

06:30 Transfer to the train station.
07:30 Transfer to Samarkand by high-speed train "Afrosiyob".
09:38 Arrive in Samarkand and start sightseeing. Visit Gur-Emir Mausoleum, "The Pearl of Central Asia" - Registan Square, Bibi-Khanum Mosque and Siab Bazaar. Luxury Plov for lunch will be arranged by GLOBAL CONNECT. Visit Khazrat Khizr Mosque, Mausoleum of the first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Ulughbek Observatory, Mausoleum of Saint Daniel. Visit the "Meros" paper mill in Konigil village. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Samarkand - Shakhrisabz - Samarkand (Sightseeing tour duration: 5-6 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Transfer to Shakhrisabz (85 km). Drive through the Aman-Kutan Gorge and Takhta-Karacha Mountain Pass. On the way stop to take a view at Teshiktosh (Stone with hole). The film "Apachen" (1973) was shot on this location - an area that looks incredibly like the American Southwest. Short stop at the top of the mountain pass. There is a tiny market where some local dried fruits can be bought.
11:00 Arrive in Shakhrisabz. Visit Mausoleum of Jakhongir in Dor-us Saodat Memorial Complex, remains of Ak Saray Palace, Kok Gumbaz Mosque.
17:00 Drive back to Samarkand. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Samarkand - Bukhara (Sightseeing tour duration: 6 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
08:40 Transfer to the train station.
09:43 Transfer to Bukhara by high-speed train "Afrosiyob".
11:17 Arrive in Bukhara. Leave your luggage at the hotel (check in time is from 14:00) and start your walking sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Visit Lyabi-Khauz Complex, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque and Chashma-Ayub mausoleum, Ismail Samani mausoleum. GLOBAL CONNECT will arrange a dinner at Nodir Devonbegi Madrasah Restaurant where you can enjoy Traditional Dance Show. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Bukhara (Sightseeing tour duration: 4-5 hours)

09:00 Visit Chor-Minor Madrasah. Countryside sightseeing - visit summer residence of Bukhara’s last Emir - Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa, Bakhouddin Naqshbandi Mausoleum and Chor-Bakr Necropolis. Drive back to the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Bukhara-Mary

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Drive to Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan border point Alat-Farap (100 km). Go through border formalities, cross the border and meet your Turkmenistan driver. Drive to Mary (270 km). Upon arrival check in the hotel. Free time.  Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Mary-Ashgabat (Sightseeing tour duration: 4-5 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Visit History museum. Explore ancient Merv, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site that was a major center of international trade and crafts located on the Silk Road. After lunch drive to the Airport.
18:50 Flight to Ashgabat.
19:30 Arrive in Ashgabat. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Ashgabat - Darvaza gaz crater  (Sightseeing tour duration: 5-6 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Visit National Museum. Drive to the horse-farm to explore the pride of the Turkmen people - Akhal-Teke horses. Enjoy traditional Tea party and short Akhal-Teke horse show program. Visit Gypjak Mosque, Mausoleum of Turkmenistan’s first President, Independence monument, Neutrality monument, Wedding palace. Drive to Darvaza gas crater located in the middle of Karakum desert (280 km). Arrive at the crater. Enjoy a delicious fire-cooked meal for dinner near the burning gas crater. Overnight in tents.

Day 9: Darvaza gaz crater - Kunya Urgench - Khiva  (Sightseeing tour duration: 2-3 hours)

Breakfast at the camp.
Drive to Kunya-Urgench. Visit mausoleums of Turabek-Khanym, Sultan Tekesh, Sultan Il Arslan, Najmuddin-Kubra, Sultan Ali. Discover the Kutlug Timur Minaret and Kyrk Molla Hill. After lunch drive to Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan border point Shavat-Dashoguz. Go through border formalities, cross the border. Meet your Uzbekistan driver and drive to Khiva (60 km). Upon arrival check in the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Khiva - Urgench - Tashkent (Sightseeing tour duration: 6-7 hours)

09:00 Start your walking sightseeing tour in ancient Khiva. Explore the walled inner town of the city of Khiva - Itchan Kala. Visit Mukhammad Aminkhan Madrasah, Mukhammad Rahimkhan Madrasah, Kalta-Minor, Kunya-Ark, Juma Mosque, Tash-Khovli Palace, Minaret of Islam-Khoja, Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum.
18:00 Transfer to the airport in Urgench.
21:10 Flight to Tashkent.
22:30 Arrive in Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
