Day 1: ... - Tashkent (Sightseeing tour duration: 5-6 hours)

Arrive in Tashkent. GLOBAL CONNECT driver will meet you at the Tashkent International Airport. (If you are arriving by an early morning flight, extra night at the hotel may be needed).
Start sightseeing from the Old City part of Tashkent. Visit Khast Imam - a cultic architectural complex and the religious center of Tashkent where the world famous Uthman Quran has been preserved. Khast Imam complex consists of Barak-Khan Madrasah, Tillya Sheikh Mosque, Muyi Muborak Madrasah, Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, New Khazrati Imam Mosque and the Muftiate building. Drive to Chorsu Bazaar. After exploring the bazaar drive to the Central Asian Plov Center. Plov is cooked in a giant, wood-fired kazans. Enjoy your plov!
Visit the State Museum of Applied Art to see priceless samples of applied art created by golden hands of masters from the first half of XIX century up to the present time. Have a short Tashkent metro ride from "Kosmonavtlar" station to "Mustakallik Maydoni" station. Visit Independence Square, Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre, Amir Temur Square and Monument of Courage. Drop off at the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Tashkent - Urgench - Khiva (Sightseeing tour duration: 5-6 hours)

05:00 Transfer to the Domestic Airport.
07:25 Domestic flight to Urgench.
08:55 Arrive in Urgench and transfer to Khiva (34 km).
09:30 Arrive in Khiva. Leave your luggage at the hotel (check in time is from 14:00) and start your walking sightseeing tour in ancient Khiva. Explore the walled inner town of the city of Khiva - Itchan Kala. Visit Mukhammad Aminkhan Madrasah, Mukhammad Rahimkhan Madrasah, Kalta-Minor, Kunya-Ark, Juma Mosque, Tash-Khovli Palace, Minaret of Islam-Khoja, Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Khiva - Bukhara (Sightseeing tour duration: 4-5 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Bukhara by train. There is a train at 08:45 in the morning on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Other days you can take a train that runs at 14:28. Both trains run more than 6 hours. Arrive in Bukhara and transfer to the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Bukhara (Sightseeing tour duration: 4-5 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
10:00 Start your walking sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Visit Lyabi-Khauz Complex, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque and Chashma-Ayub mausoleum, Ismail Samani mausoleum. GLOBAL CONNECT will arrange a dinner at Nodir Devonbegi Madrasah Restaurant where you can enjoy Traditional Dance Show. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Bukhara - Gijduvan - Nurata - Yurt Camp

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Drive to Gijduvan. Visit the ceramics workshop in Gijduvan. Drive to Nurata.
13:00 Arrive in Nurata. After lunch visit the Complex Chashma Spring and Namazgah Mosque. Go up to the hills to visit the remains of the Fortress of Alexander the Great. Visit the Kariz - the construction of Kariz is a unique underground water pipeline system near Nurata which is also connected with the name of the Alexander the Great.
16:00 Drive to the Yurt Camp. Overnight in the Yurt Camp.

Day 6: Yurt Camp - Lake Aydar - Sentyab village

Breakfast in the Yurt Camp.
09:00 Drive to Lake Aydar. Walking along the lakeshore. Drive to Sentyab village.
13:00 Arrive in Sentyab village. Lunch at the guest house. Enjoy your free time for walking and hiking. The surrounding area is rich in various flora and fauna, some of which are listed in the Red Book. Dinner with the host. Spend a night in a traditional guest house to experience the charm of local life.

Day 7: Sentyab village - Samarkand

Breakfast.
09:00 Drive to Samarkand.
13:30 Arrive in Samarkand. Transfer to the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Samarkand (Sightseeing tour duration: 5-6 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Visit Gur-Emir Mausoleum, "The Pearl of Central Asia" - Registan Square, Bibi-Khanum Mosque and Siab Bazaar. Luxury Plov for lunch will be arranged by GLOBAL CONNECT. Visit Khazrat Khizr Mosque, Mausoleum of the first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Ulughbek Observatory, Mausoleum of Saint Daniel. Visit the "Meros" paper mill in Konigil village. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Samarkand - Shakhrisabz - Tashkent (Sightseeing tour duration: 4-5 hours)

Breakfast at the hotel.
09:00 Transfer to Shakhrisabz (85 km). Drive through the Aman-Kutan Gorge and Takhta-Karacha Mountain Pass. On the way stop to take a view at Teshiktosh (Stone with hole). The film "Apachen" (1973) was shot on this location - an area that looks incredibly like the American Southwest. Short stop at the top of the mountain pass. There is a tiny market where some local dried fruits can be bought.
11:00 Arrive in Shakhrisabz. Visit Mausoleum of Jakhongir in Dor-us Saodat Memorial Complex, remains of Ak Saray Palace, Kok Gumbaz Mosque. Lunch.
15:00 Drive back to Samarkand directly to train station.
17:33 Transfer to Tashkent by high-speed train "Afrosiyob".
19:43 Arrive in Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
