Booking Terms and Conditions

Price policy

All prices quoted on the website of GLOBAL CONNECT LLC are based on costs at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change until your booking is made and partial (not less than 20%) payment is received.

Payments

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in Uzbekistan but definitely before the commencement of the services.

An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.

If you do not pay your balance by the agreed time, the Company reserves the right to cancel your booking or pursue any unpaid amount.

All payments made to GLOBAL CONNECT LLC should be free of bank charges and credit card transaction surcharges. GLOBAL CONNECT LLC is not responsible for any charges levied or charged by third parties and/or financial institutions and payable by the client as a result of credit card or other payment transactions in connection with the purchase of a tour and will not refund or return any fees charged by such third parties in connection with payments made by clients to GLOBAL CONNECT LLC.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. All cancellations must be made by the person who submitted the booking form. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

  • 30 days or more prior to departure – 5% of tour cost
  • 15-30 days before departure – 10% of tour cost
  • 8-15 days before departure – 20% of tour cost
  • 1-7 days before departure – 30% of tour cost

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused services to be provided will be given.

Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us for any reason prior to your payment of the full price of the trip. In this case, we will refund in full any amount that you have already paid us. After you have paid in full, we will only cancel the contract if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, civil or political unrest, natural disaster, or other force majeure circumstance. In the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services or a full refund of all amount paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from you.

Alteration of Itineraries

It is unlikely that the Company will have to make changes to your tour. However, we may occasionally have to make changes either before or after you have booked. Most changes will be minor, and the Company will advise you of them as soon as possible. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary after departure, without paying compensation, if it is in your interest to do so. Furthermore, the Company will not pay compensation if it is forced to cancel or in any way change the tour due to force majeure, such as war, riots, civil strike, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or other material external circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Travel Insurance

GLOBAL CONNECT LLC does not provide travel insurance therefore the client must obtain travel insurance from their home country with the minimum recommended medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage covering all applicable dates of any travel with GLOBAL CONNECT LLC and this insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. It is strongly recommended that clients also extend their coverage to include cancellation and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the client. The cost of the tour does not include any insurance coverage for the client, and that the client is required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost to the tour price. When obtaining travel insurance the client must ensure the insurer is aware of the type of travel to be undertaken so that the insurer may properly cover travel on the applicable tour.

Complains

Client agrees to bring any complaints regarding a tour to GLOBAL CONNECT LLC as soon as possible in order to provide GLOBAL CONNECT LLC with the opportunity to address such complaint properly. Client agrees to inform the head guide or other designated GLOBAL CONNECT LLC representative at the earliest opportunity. GLOBAL CONNECT LLC assumes no liability for complaints that are not properly brought to the attention of GLOBAL CONNECT LLC with sufficient notice for GLOBAL CONNECT LLC to resolve or attempt to resolve any client complaints. Any complaint made after the completion of a tour must be received in writing by GLOBAL CONNECT LLC within 30 days of the end of the tour in question.

Smoking

GLOBAL CONNECT LLC forbids smoking in any vehicle operated by the Company. Frequent stops can be arranged for those who desire to smoke. All accommodation will be reserved with non-smoking rooms, unless the client specifically requires a smoking room. Confirmation is depending on hotel availability.
