Do US citizens need a visa to go to Pakistan?

Yes, Pakistan tourist visa is required for US citizens. US citizens may obtain a visa on arrival in Pakistan for tourism purposes if they possess an ETA (electronic travel authorization).

To get an electronic tourist visa to Pakistan (e-Visa), please do the following

1. Fill out Pakistan Visa Support Form: Download Form
2. Email us a good quality scan of your passport (JPEG format)
3. Email us a good quality scan of your photo with white background (JPEG format)
4. Email us a scan of an employment letter (self employed, freelancers, retirees and housewives don't need it)

• e-Visa to Pakistan up to 30 days - 100 USD

• Pakistan e-Visa validity: 3 month from the date of issuance;
• Pakistan e-Visa entries: Single Entry (specially for first time applicants);
• Pakistan e-Visa stay period: 30 days.

Once we have received all above required documents and payment, we will submit your documents for approval by the Pakistan authorities. The approval period is about 3-5 business days.
